Non compliance

Differences in the Products delivered to the Client regarding the type and quantity indicated by the Order must be notified in writing to the Supplier within eight days from delivery. Failing such notice within the a/m term, the delivered Products will be considered as complying with the ones ordered by the Buyer.

If, when the order is received, you notice that the material delivered is damaged, you should nevertheless accept it subject to reservation and contact customer service at CIS SRL.
If the damage was caused during delivery CIS SRL will deal directly with the carrier and resolve the problem as rapidly as possible, attempting to limit the inconvenience caused as much as we can. 
We will do our best to keep you informed of developments in the investigations carried out.
If the material does not conform to specifications, please contact CIS SRL immediately to report that the product is defective or does not conform to the required specifications, completing the form attached.

Goods to be returned

Goods to be returned with our authorisation must be sent to our warehouse in
Via Don Signini 27/A - 28010 Briga Novarese (NO) - Italy
carriage paid, accompanied by a duly issued delivery note and details of the purchase. CIS SRL reserves the right not to accept merchandise which has not been given prior authorisation.

ATTENTION! We repeat that you can only be reimbursed for goods and/or withdraw from the contract (regardless of the causes) with prior authorisation from CIS srl.
The goods to be redelivered must be sent in the original packaging and/or correctly packaged to prevent damage during transportation. The sender will be held responsible for the correct shipment of returned products.
